Return Policies

For digital products (books):

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the digital downloads of the books you have purchased you will forfeit 50% as payment for the books, but we will be happy to refund the rest. To receive a refund you must notify me via email within 48 hours of purchase by sending an email to me a Love @ LauraKowalski .com (no spaces) letting me know why you want a refund. If you decide you want a refund for the books AFTER 48 hours for any reason whatsoever, you will still remain responsible for the cost of the book(s), and no refund will be provided. 

For physical products:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the clothing, drinkware, or hat you have purchased you will forfeit 50% as payment, but we will be happy to refund the rest after you return the product with approval. To receive a refund you must notify me via email within 24 hours of receiving the product by sending an email to me a Love @ LauraKowalski  .com (no spaces) letting me know why you want a refund. If there is damage, please include a photograph of the damage. We will replace the item exactly as ordered with no exchanges. Do not return any items without approval. You will be responsible for cost of return postage. If you decide you want a refund for the items AFTER 24 hours for any reason whatsoever, you will still remain responsible for the cost of the items, and no refund will be provided.

 

There are no refunds or returns on facemasks.

 

For original/custom artwork and programs: 

Your satisfaction with all of our custom and/or commission or specialized artwork and programs is important to us! Yet, because of the extensive time, effort, preparation, and care that goes into creating and/or providing this to you I have a no refund policy. Unless otherwise provided by law, you understand and acknowledge all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided at any time.
